Constructed in 2017, Villa Del Sol is a 5000′ house with 4 bedrooms, a private pool, heated spa, garage, and unparalleled ocean views from almost everywhere. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a fifth bathroom serves the common living and pool area. The house sleeps up to 12 people and is perfect for 4 couples or 2-3 families.
The 2 master suites are amazing with their private balconies and exceptional ocean and beach views. The Junior Suite can be set up as 2 twin XLs (twin width, king length) or as a king and has partial ocean views. The Pool Suite has 2 kings and 2 twins and sleeps 6.
Villa del Sol is part of Las Catalinas, a luxury beach town in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica.
